Shipping
Orders are packed within two business days upon receipt, except for holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is packed and ready for shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Right now we offer a flat rate option that will ship through USPS or UPS. Additionally, we have a USPS only option which can be selected at checkout. Please note the USPS option must be chosen for PO Box addresses.
Orders take 3-5 business days once shipped. Due to current pandemic conditions shipping could be delayed.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are only able to ship within the US at this time.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with 19 Birch Lane LLC. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please email us at info@19birchlane.com with any concerns within 10 days of your purchase.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you and include a photo of the defective product.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please include a photo of the damage. We will send out a replacement order.
If you received the incorrect product, just let us know and we’ll make it right. Include a photo of the incorrect item so we can replace it for you.

Please note we do work with artisans so in the event that the original product is no longer available, we will contact you and refund or provide a gift certificate in that amount.
If needed, refunds will be made on the original payment card. Shipping can not be refunded.
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
REFUNDS
Product returns will be issued a gift certificate in the amount of the order. To be eligible for a refund for a returned item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we received the returned item, we will issue and mail to you a gift certificate.
Unfortunately, perishable goods such as food are not able to be returned.
Additionally, gift cards are not returnable.
GIFTS
If you are returning an item that was sent directly to you as a gift, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the items returned. We will send you a gift certificate after receiving the items back.
If you received a gift, but the purchaser had it shipped directly to themselves, the gift credit will go to the gift giver and we will contact them about your return.
EXCHANGES
If you are interested in exchanging items purchased, please email us before shipping the product back. Include the item you would like to return and the item you would like in exchange before shipping them back. We work with artisan makers and we may not have certain items in stock. Also, perishable goods such as food can not be returned or exchanged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Please contact us before shipping items to ensure your prodcut is returnable (see perishable items above). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you may choose to use a trackable shipping service.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
