Our pricing reflects the exclusivity and personalized experience of hosting your wedding at a boutique wedding venue in Mid Coast Maine.

19 Birch Lane Event Venue is designed to be distinct and uniquely different!

Whether you are booking an Intimate Wedding ceremony in the Greenhouse, a Family Reunion dinner under the stars in the outdoor pavilion for 75 loved ones to share a farm-style dinner, an Engagement party, or a Baby Shower ... you are sure to feel the special energy of this lovely botanical property. Maybe you'll choose 19 BL for the Pergola tucked in near the trees beside the pond to say "I Do", or you will be drawn to our many gardens and reflection pool, offering perfect backdrops for all your photos. One thing we are sure of; you will leave with memories that will live with you for a lifetime. 

We provide on-site parking for up to 40 cars, and a dedicated space for your caterer and bar setup, giving ample room to serve your guests. 

Full Weekend Wedding Package

2026 & 2027 Event pricing $6,700.00 (Fri-Sun)

2028 Event pricing $7,500 (Fri-Sun)

Included in our weekend wedding package you'll have use of the entire property for all your needs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until noon. We provide Tables & chairs for up to 75 guests on your special day, white napkins, white dinner, and appetizer plates, all glassware for table and bar, large trough-style ice storage for loose drinks, all silverware and serving dishes, Chafing dishes and sterno for caterers use, bench seating for ceremonies by the pond and more!

Contract and Deposit are required to reserve your date.

We are happy to share a list of our preferred local vendors upon request.

Weekday wedding Package

Available Tue, Wed or Thur 2026 & 2027 $3,350.00

Available Tue, Wed or Thur 2028 $3,750.00

Included in our weekday wedding package you'll have use of the entire property for all your needs from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Pets- 19 Birch Lane welcomes your fur babies and understand that they are part of your family and may be wanted as part of your special day. fee.$250.00
