We host only one wedding per weekend — and just 10 weddings per year — to ensure every couple receives our full attention and an unforgettable, deeply personalized experience. Because of this, our dates fill quickly.

How to Reserve Your Date:

We begin with a brief phone call to get to know you, learn more about your vision, and ensure we’re the right fit for your celebration. Once we confirm your date is available, a member of the 19 Birch Lane team will craft a customized proposal and email it to you for revie.

Proposals are typically valid for 7 days

A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to officially reserve your weekend

The remaining balance is paid due 60 days prior to your event.

A certificate of event insurance is required and can be obtained through providers such as wedsafe.com, eventhelper.com, or atlanticinsurance.com.
